MESSAGE FROM ME
They do say time flies when you are having fun! But really !! Who can believe that we are nearing the end of September and yet here it is....the last quarter of the year upon us.
I took this picture on a recent trip to Well's Cathedral in Somerset - when I took a few days off with Dougie to go walk about in Glastonbury, Wells and along the Somerset coastline. It's so important to find space to prepare for what will be a busy end of the year for me.
The Year of the Fire Horse has certainly had plenty of momentum but not always the smoothest of rides. Numerically as a one year, it feels tentative under foot and new beginnings are starting to peek out from the soil beneath but are still requiring careful attention.
As someone "on the path" I can tell you, your growing sensitivity leads you to crave PEACE and BALANCE, yet we must also GROW through the challenges and experiences we have. This is a lifetime of LEARNING and one we must sit often to find inner STRENGTH and WISDOM as we go forth on the journey.
I do count my BLESSINGS every day, even though I am human just like you; I still have to turn down the voice in my head that is always challenging myself with a critical eye!!
For those that continue to work with me, colleagues and students alike, you know that I stay real to this process. I think there are so many on a spiritual path that think it's all about projecting some zen like life, but we all know that's just packaging - LOL!
One thing for certain, as we move through Autumn, it's time to clear the weeds, tidy up and prepare for Winter. What is no longer needed needs to be RELEASED. What is growing needs more NURURE and what is yet to arrive needs further ALIGNMENT and INSPIRATION to flow.
So again, I can't recommend enough taking time to create those lists. Let this season be a time to REBALANCE and ALIGN. Help is always at hand. Your SOUL knows what's in store and also helps guide you to your greatest good, if we just take the time to LISTEN.

IN PERSON WORKSHOPS
After a fabulous in-person workshop in Bletchley for the Buckingham Spiritual Church earlier this year - I'm delighted that I'm back there for a one day workshop called The Complete Soul Reader on 31st October. So that's it folks - lots of things in development and life is also expanding and changing. The one thing that last year has taught me is live in the PRESENT. Allow yourself the joy of not rushing the future, so Spirit has a chance to CO-CREATE more into your life than you could have planned!
